Note to self (or anyone else reading I suppose.. )


1 - Just woke up and I am starving... thank GAWD Im not on the boat with the 24 hour Pizzeria or endless servings of Cake and ice cream Machine...

2 - I don't feel like I gained 'all this weight' ....my body doesn't feel as tight, HATE that my thighs touch when I walk and ab defition definitely at a low

3 - Since I will not be eating the normal meal plan for Shadow's Project for the rest of my life, or having him there to tell me what to do, what to eat, when to eat, etc... I need to start figuring out what foods are ok and how to incorporate them in my lifestyle so I don't get bored and binge.... (VERY picky eater)

4 - Blah <---- how I feel right now

Let me know if you want ideas, etc for recipes, etc based on what you are willing to eat, etc....

Welcome "back" Bunny!! I hope you're starting to feel better about yourself as you get settled. If not, I'll be happy to give back some of that motivation and great spirit you've given all of us :friends:

9:15 A.M. - I'm behind a day since I've been sleeping WAY too much last 5 days... very ODD for me

HIIT cardio - 8 CYCLES

the HIGH INTENSITY part: 45 sec, 5.0 Incline, Speed 8.5-9.0
on the recovery: 1 minute, 5.0 Incline, Speed 4.0

Legs: 6 TUT on all

Squats
Warm-up : Bar + 10/10, Bar + 15/10, Bar + 20/10
Working : Bar + 40/5, Bar + 40/6, Bar + 40/7

Leg Press - 3 sets of 6-8
130/10, 150/10, 170/10

Stiff deads - 3 sets of 8 reps @ 75 lbs *next door neighbor yelled at me for doing these, didn't want me to hurt myself...he's a trainer at my gym*

Step-ups 3 sets of 20 per leg
15lbs/20 then dropped DB's for last 20
10lbs/20 per leg
12lbs/20per leg

Sitting Calf Raise - 65/12, 70/10, 70/10

11:45 A.M. - 1 T-Rex, 1 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, 3 PureCee, 32 oz water
Meal # 1:
Protein shake
1 scoop of ISOPURE
1 teaspoon glutamine powder

12:00 P.M. – Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi (only b/c I'm outta the other stuff)
