Bulking

I am going to start a bulking cycle in a couple of weeks and need some help on my diet. I am going with d-bol and t2 250. I gain fat easily and want to gain as much lean muscle as possible. I will list all of my meals plus my training regimen also. Thanks for the help.

Meals
1. 9:00am 6 egg wite omlet with spinich, onions and 1/2 cup oatmeal prepared in tbsp olive oil. 17gfat, 39g protein, 29g carb

2. 10:30am Protein shake with 1/2 cup oatmeal. 3g fat, 26g protein 29g carbs

3. 12:00 noon Spinich and iceburg salad with 1 can tuna and onionwith red wine vinegar dressing. Fat 3g, protein 38g, Carbs 5g

4. 2:00pm Protein shake with 1/2 cup oatmeal. 3g fat, 26g protein, 29g carb

5. 6:00pm Protein shake with 1/2 cup oatmeal. 3g fat, 26g protein, 29g carbs

6. 7:30 Chicken breast with tomatoes and onions and spinich. 3g fat, 60g protein, 5g carbs

7. 9:00 protein shake with 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1/2 cup walnuts. 43gfat, 35g carbs, 30 g protein

Workout Scedule
Mon- 8am cardio 2.8mile run, 3pm-6pm gym
Chest and abbs

Tue-8am cardio 2.8mile run, 3pm-6pm gym
Bi's Tri's and abbs

Wed- 8am cardio 2.8mile run, 3pm-6pm gym
back and abbs

Thu- 8am cardio 2.8mile run, 3pm-6pm gym
sholders and abbs

Fri- 8am cardio 2.8mile run, 3pm-6pm gym
legs abbs

Sat- 8am cardio 2.8mile run, 3pm-6pm gym
Pump (little of everything but legs)

Sun- Go to gym and do something usually flirt with hot chick mabey some abbs to?

I try and go out and drink only on Sat but usually end up going on Fri also which eliminates Sat morning cardio. Also drink shat loads of water. I am at 13.9% body fat which suck especially since I stick to my diet so closely want to be at like 5% but figure ill cut in the spring and be ripped up by summer. That is also the diet I plan to use when I cut in the spring so if you have any advice on that ill take it as well. P.S. Mr X is God!
 
My best advice to you is to stop running. I would reccomend powerwalking the 2.8 miles in the morning. I would go empty stomach, except for some Glutamine and AAs.

if you gain fat easily be sure to add at least 1mg armidex ED

this is a cutting diet I assume, not enough calories to gain mass

Meals

3. 12:00 noon Spinich and iceburg salad with 1 can tuna and onionwith red wine vinegar dressing. Fat 3g, protein 38g, Carbs 5gadd 1tbsp. olive oil or 1tbsp. all natural canola mayo

4. 2:00pm Protein shake with 1/2 cup oatmeal. 3g fat, 26g protein, 29g carbadd 1tbsp. all natural peanut butter

5. 6:00pm Protein shake with 1/2 cup oatmeal. 3g fat, 26g protein, 29g carbssame as meal 4

6. 7:30 Chicken breast with tomatoes and onions and spinich. 3g fat, 60g protein, 5g carbs add 1tbsp. olive oil

7. 9:00 protein shake with 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1/2 cup walnuts. 43gfat, 35g carbs, 30 g protein
drop the oatmeal add 15g psyllium husk fiber

Workout Scedule
Mon- 8am cardio 2.8mile run, 3pm-6pm gym
Chest and abbs

Tue-8am cardio 2.8mile run, 3pm-6pm gym
Bi's Tri's and abbs

Wed- 8am cardio 2.8mile run, 3pm-6pm gym

make sure to add a refeed once a week:
60%carbs/30%protein/10%fat
weight x 18-20

Thanks x ill make thaose changes when I cut again in the spring. But I may have misstated a bit, what changes need to be made to my current diet once I start bulking I assume I need more carbs and protein but not sure how many? Looking for the cleanest mass possible. No junk foods. No cheat days I simple cant have them or will totally stray off coarse.
 
I don't know which is worse. Spending three hours on each session, or working out every day. You're overtraining. Cut down time spent on each work-out to about an hour, and go for a 4 or 5 day split a week.
You don't grow big inside the gym.

I figured this was a cutting diet; if bulking you'd need to add at least 30g carbs to each meal.
