I am about to start a kick ass 15 wk cycle and need to get as much bulking in as I can. Take a look at my post shake a tell me if I should add or delete anything.
14oz skim milk
2 scoops met RX replacment
1 scoop muscle milk
1 scoop whey
1 scoop gainer 500
1 cup egg beaters
