bulking protein

hi all.
iv been usin sni xtreme pro mass protein 4 bulking but im coming 2 an end now,the prob that iv got is i cant seem 2 get it anymore,so im looking 4 something new.iv looked at american mass protein but i think its got 2 much sugar in it.i also looked at opttimun nutrition protein but tha hasnt got enough protein in it.
i also thought the sni was the best 4 mixin and taste.
any thoughts people as i am starting 2 bulk on monday!!! :chomp: :worried:
 
If you want to be able to mix & flavor your protein yourself you can try ISO AGB from the AF store (no carbs so you can add your own).

If you want something simpler I hear ON Whey is a fave for flavor.

Maybe try Beverly International?
 
Cytogainer is a really book bulkin mrp, 590 cals before milk, 54 g's of whey, 70g's carbs, 5 grams of fat, only 2 of which are saturated. Add two cups of skim milk and u've got an 800 calorie shake.

Or you can just add things like anpb, fruit and oats, beverage to any standard protein powder like ON or Designer's and make your own bulking shakes.

Your body can only consume something like 50-60 grams of protein at a time, so ON's 48 grams a serving is perfect, and is not a good reason to stay away from it, especially once you start adding things to your shake besides water.

Yeah, but how much powder is one serving size? How many scoops?

55g protein
86g carbs
4g sugar
whey, casien, egg

great shit ---the vanilla custard with milk is a damn mcdonalds shake!

I use 100% Whey Dold Standard combined with Carb gain (malto dextrin) 50 grams of each and throw in some dextrose for pwo...does well for myself, I just cannot stomach the 4k+ clas I am downing...
