Bulking diet help

So I'm back at work in camp, to eat healthy is tough to do here..but here is my attempt at a lean bulk. I work 10 hours a day 10 days strait, and train an hour and a half a night 5 days a week. 6'0 202 pounds 10-11 % bf estimate.
. Here is what I ate today. Breakfast.5am 4 poached eggs, 1 slice toast with PB, cup of oatmeal, 4 tomato slices, cup of fresh fruit ( pineapple , oranges and such), 25 grams whey, table spoon PB.

Coffee break 10am 1500+ calories sodium free cranberry trail mix. ( mostly almonds cranberries pumpkin seeds..and tomorrow I'm going to reduce this portion by 500 cals, that was alot of mixed nuts my jaw had a pump Goin) 25 grams whey with half cup oats, orange, tin of sardines( low sodium), 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, some celery

Lunch 1:30 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, tin of sardines, orange, celery,

4pm half cup oats 25 grams whey

5:15 gym, 20 minutes stationary bike, 60 minutes shoulders/ tris /abs good pace workout

7pm supper/ post workout 1-1/2 cup rice , 3 pieces pork, green beans

9pm 25 grams whey, tbsp PB/ TBSP flax seed

Also worked on my feet 9 hours today working construction.
The sarms are definitely working energy is up even with increased weight, pumps are good also , muscles look full and I am filling out shirts . I think I'm 2 weeks in roughly.

Any ideas or things I should remove. Before you say too much whey, it's really my only choice unless I want to eat a million eggs. Thx guys - Mike

Day 2 of diet, few revisions

530 am breakfast 2 poached eggs 2 egg whites, slice of toast with PB and 4 tomato slices, small bowl of fresh fruit, 1 serving hot oatmeal, about 1 cup I'd say, 25 grams of whey with flax seed.

10 am . 1000 calories mixed nuts, 5 egg whites, half cup oats with whey, an orange, some pineapple slices, some celery.

130pm 5 egg whites, some celery , half cup of oats and 25 grams whey, an orange, no sardines today they weren't serving em :(

4pm half cup oats/ 25 grams whey( pre workout.. Will add banana if I feel I'm Hungry)

515 workout 20 min stationary bike, 60 minutes back and bicep

7 pm dinner, couple pieces of leanish meat, cup and half of rice, whatever green veggies they are serving. ( post workout)

9pm 25 grams whey, tbsp PB, some flax seed

I cut back on fats a little, mostly from eggs they fill me up too much.

when I'm on a jobsite and eating out of a cooler or trailer mini fridge I eat triple the normal meat sandwiches and wraps with whole grain and oat bread/tortillas and load them up with salsa, guac, nonfat mozarella, etc. I toast them so they don't get soggy. I do tons of beans and brown rice also, you can make big batches, easy to pack and tastes good cold. I spice them up diff ways to make it interesting. 1000 cals of nuts whoa. Thats a lot of fats maybe 100g alone. Good for cholesterol but seems high. I hear ya though, tough to plan food under those conditions.

Hey thx for the reply, the beans is a great idea and they make me sandwiches while I'm here but there is no reason I can't sneak some dinner out and pack it into my sandwiches otherwise I'd be eating a ton of processed meat, I am inevitable going to drop some weight I can feel it happening already , I am at 202 but In order to maintain it on a 10 day shift is to feel gross all day from putting back everything in site. Gained 20 pounds during 2 months of school with a light mast prop test prop cycle and hardly added fat, if I could keep 10 of those pounds while being back to work I'd be happy and much bigger looking than before. So far today after dropping some fat from nuts and eggs I feel so much better yet still satiated. Thx again for your help ! -Mike

add boiled egg whites and whole bread to your diet. Bring 2 loaves of whole wheat bread and ever 2 hours stuff your face with 3 slices and about 6 egg whites you will grow i promise

Sounds good lol simple I like it.

it's easy and it works. When i was on deployment (think days in the field with no access to anything. I would pack like 40 hard boiled eggs in a camelback bladder with ice and stock loaves of bread. I'd eat that like 5 times a day. I was 175 when i left for my deployment I was 220 when i came home :)

Haha nice bro!! How did you feel though with all that bread any troubles digesting it? And how much of the gains were muscle vs fat? Just curious I'm not worried about adding some pudge but would like to keep I minimal so it's not too hard to strip off when the time is right :) . Sick gains btw 175-220 is huge!
