I am reading you have 10% or 8% bodyfat and i said WTF!!!! hahahaha it sound so strange to me i am lifting weights heavy for the past 9-10 months( heavy as for my size) DL 120kg 5x5, Bench Press 100kg 5x5, Squat 100kg 5x5 etc. I am trying to eat as clean as possible but my body fat never goes under 17%. I am trying now with cardio and abs workouts to drop it. I have for breakfast a Protein Shake with a small light sandwhich with low fat cheese and clean turkey, after 2 hours i have an apple and after 2 hours a fist full of nuts. I have my workout and have a protein shake again right after, and after 1hour i have 2 small chicken breasts with rice and vegetables. Then again an apple or nuts after 2-3 hours, at night i eat before 8 o clock something clean and have a protein shake before sleep.
I am 1.80cm and i weigh 80kg now.
