History-Broke 3vertebrae in l4,5,6 in 1994 had surgery and repair, also partial lamenectomy.
Ideas-Obviously my achiles is my back, if I go without sleep, or do too much stupid shit, its spasm city, and Im walking around crooked for a week. I know leg presses are good, leg curls, (extensions are bad)
I want to squat, but every time I have built up my squat in the past I have injured myself before I got any real size from them. Do you think being very cautious, and staying with light weight will benefit me with gains? I miss that jacked up, exhausted, pain from squats. The kind you know just caused your legs to grow till next leg session. Suggestions? Anything?
