just finished mine, wife trys to walk in on me every year.. this year i caught her and invited her in to wrap her own gifts..

she didn't smile..

Wrapping gift cards doesn't take much effort.

only 1/2 of the gifts for the nieces and nephews get gift cards..

we do send to extended family Swiss colony hams, cheese and other gifts..

I sent out to my brother

a ham (see above)
a new humidifier for his humidor
10 lbs of coffee beans

pretty typical..

then theres

the son, 2 daughters, 2 son in laws, 4 grand kids, 5 teachers, 8 nieces and nephews, mother in law, and father in law, and 3 brothers/sisters on the wife's side..

2 families that we are good friends with..

and in the end.. we stuff the stockings hung by the chimney with care...

we also donate to the local food bank, the school food bank, and to our local church..

so, yea, gift cards come in handy sometimes..
