How accurate shoul be BMR test. I let nutritonist measured my BMR today, he said me that my BMR is 1690 cal, so I found out that I ate all the time less ,I use to eat around 1300-1400, I can't lose anything, maybe this is reason. it mean that 1690 cal I need if I do anything, just for "survive".
