Im about to start my first cycle:
Week 1-8: Test Enanthate 500mg
Week 1-4: 30mg DBOL ED
And I want to get as much strength as possible out of it as this will be for football...we have a 3 day training split (mon, wed, fri)...I was wondering if someone could make me an extremely detailed workout plan for MAXIMUM strength?....It would be MOST appreciated guys...Thanks alot for helping me out guys...
