Im about to start my first cycle:

Week 1-8: Test Enanthate 500mg
Week 1-4: 30mg DBOL ED

And I want to get as much strength as possible out of it as this will be for football...we have a 3 day training split (mon, wed, fri)...I was wondering if someone could make me an extremely detailed workout plan for MAXIMUM strength?....It would be MOST appreciated guys...Thanks alot for helping me out guys...

I know you did not ask for this type of advice, but I will give it to you anyway.

TEENYBOPPERS SHOULD NOT TAKE STEROIDS!!!

That being said, Hannibal put you onto some good stuff there. Do the 9 week basic training workout with what you are taking and you should have some very impressive strength and size gains.

Then after your cycle, do the basic training program over again, tweak it out for your individual weak points this time, and continue repeating every 9 weeks. Don't just get all fired up to get strong while you are on, then take it easy while off.

You have to work out just as intense and hard whether on or off.

Now back to my rant. Unless you taking this cycle to put on 20 lbs of muscle, 50 lbs on your bench and 100 on your squat will make the difference between a full college scholarship or not, then it is a very bad idea to use juice at your age.

I am asuming by your post that you are in high school. If you ain't old enough to drink, you aint old enough for juice either. Juice helps, no doubt, but it will not turn you into superman, and if you are just doing this to get a little more playing time in high school, you really need to re-think your position.

Also, what will you do to recover your natural testosterone production post cycle? Clomid, or are you doing arimidex or liquidex through the cycle? I hope you are familiar with these things, cause I know you are smarter than me and will not take my advice on this, so at least do it smart. Please.

This was my initial reaction as well...then I decided to actually help the guy in spite of myself. Steriods in High School (16-18yr old) athletes...I knew I didnt want to start talking about this...as I too feel a rant coming on.
