Big Dinner + Small Breakfast and Lunch

Then I fill the rest of my calories with a BIG McDonalds with fries and shakes. I know this probly not a good idea but I really love McDonalds. Or is it more better to have McDonalds or favorite breakfast with small lunch, dinner. Will it harm metabolism?

You should not just look at meal size but how much protein/fat/carbs you're eating too. McDonalds is high in sugar and sat fats so really avoid this if you're trying to build lean muscle mass. Did you not watch Super Size Me!!
 
Depending on how much fat you have it is possible. But building muscle always throws the scale off. Focus in shedding inches of fat. Take a picture of yourself with your shirt off every two or three weeks. That will show you true results. Are you taking any supplements?

"Super Size Me" is a documentary where this dude eats only McDonald's everyday for a month and gets really sick and shit. I never saw it, so I don't know the specifics, but maybe she can fill you in on that.

You might be ok if you can eat McDee's in a more "Atkin's" fashion. I used to get a double quarter with cheese, throw away the buns, and just eat the meat/cheese with the pickles with a bottle of water. This was back when I was working out like a madman, and was around 14% bf
