Then I fill the rest of my calories with a BIG McDonalds with fries and shakes. I know this probly not a good idea but I really love McDonalds. Or is it more better to have McDonalds or favorite breakfast with small lunch, dinner. Will it harm metabolism?

You should not just look at meal size but how much protein/fat/carbs you're eating too. McDonalds is high in sugar and sat fats so really avoid this if you're trying to build lean muscle mass. Did you not watch Super Size Me!!
