Then use it after workout. Now if you could stack it with need2slin, would be ideal. Pop one need2slin at the gym, right after your last set, then head home, and get a dose of bigblast. Need2slin will take care of those carbs for muscle fuel.
If not, the other option is to use 2 scoops of bigblast instead of the 3 recommended. 3 is about 45 grams of protein. 2 would be around 30, which is still plenty for a meal, and perfectly absorbed by the body. And that will give you lower carbs, enough to replenish what you burnt as energy.
