I know this is a little off the topic of the board, but I figured you guys would know best
well anyways its a silly question but here it goes..
The inner part of my bicep is much more developed than the outer part... And Ive tried different excercises to help it grow out, but to no avail..
I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me.. I want to get the most out of my training while im juicing, so anything would help..
