Between two cycles

How long should I wait between two cycles of primo?. My receptors are probably tired so I was just wondering when I could start an other cycle again. I'm just using ECA for now.

Rule of thumb is usually time on = time off, but this time around I am waiting a little bit longer just to be sure and give the receptors a break. I also want my gains to last me through the summer, so I am planning on my 12 week cycle to take me into early July so the bod's in tip-top beach shape I'm not exactly sure about time off when it comes to women, but I would definitely at least use the time on-time off method until some of the women speak up with their experience.
