Meals are very repetitive. This was breakfast and lunch at work today. Also, Kirkland protein bar early am and about to take nac and fish oil.

i would increase dose now, why wait 4 weeks?

navar has a short half life, increase the dose 5mgs

sister you won't get issues on anavar unless you run 20mgs +

stick to 10mgs max on anavar, you will be fine
