best sandwich?

hey guys... i buy lunch at my high school and it's usually shit. Nachos, chicken that tastes like shit, etc etc.

since i am going to start working out again, i am thinking of getting a sandwich everyday and wondering what the best sandwich to get is? We have a shitload of options at a sandwich bar, and i just wanted your guys opinions on which sandwich is the best.. Turkey, Roast Beef, etc etc.

Bring and build your own lunch... Tuna salad / Chicken Salad.. School shite sandwich and nachos are not going to help you. You could ask for extra meat but school meat is mass processed and low quality.. probably sodium and fat loaded, but fish is less fat, then turkey and chicken.. Ill give you a story about this kid I went to high school with. It was our senior year. This dude brought 2 or 3 bowls of food every day perfectly measured so that he was eating 6x a day in perfect ration to his body weight protein/carb. Everyone made fun of him. He just laughed.. ate his bowls.. and lifted hard.. The last pep rally the kid came out and tore is shirt off and the entire 2000 kids in the school just flipped out because this kid has his diet down to a science. He even showed up at the reunion and tooke like 5 chicks out with him after... Study the boards, they dont lie .. I think Omega's supps are pretty good too. It all depends on your dedication bro. Buy and make your own tuna salad with fat free salad dressing and dill... eat a f*(& ton of brown rice to put carbs back in your system.. Mass processed food at high school will never be designed for a bodybuilder unless Zeus is the principle.. best of luck
 
My main two staples for school are this:

wholemeal pitter bread with chicken and salad - use differant sauces, chicken marinade's and flavoures chicken to add variety
wholemeal bread rolls and joe d's meatloaf with differant sauces to add variety.

other options for you as your an ecto kid and need calories would be cold pizzas with extra meat added on or have some PB&J sandwiches and chug some milk.

I tell you if I was an ecto I would take a 4 pint bottle of whole organic milk and just drink it throughout the day at school. Yeah people might think its wierd at first but you gotta do what others wont do achieve what others dont...
