Beginner: with a beginner question.

I'm originally from Middlesboro, KY - I live in SC now.

I've been lifting for about 2 months. I lift at my apartment complex gym, and no one is ever in there. So I have the entire room to my disposal. So I should skip around to each machine, or do 3 sets on each right in a row?

I reccomend not supersetting yet as you are relatively new to lifting. work on each excercise for 3 solid sets and then switch. The only time I superset is when I hit a plateua or am in great cardiovascular shape.....

I used to do all that super setting....like a circuit really...but when I was new...like curls...shoulder press....etc and then start all over again. To put on some size....do the 3 sets of bench....then 3 sets of whatever else. good luck

I agree with lord_suston 100%....:)

Me too. I'd never want a beginner supersetting. I'd want him simply focusing... and working on focusing... on doing one thing right AND CAREFULLY at a time.

thanks guys.

i've got alot to learn. and you guys are the best teachers i've found!

when should I move to working tris, bis on one day - then back etc another day?

I recommend going to an arm day after strengthening all core lift first for a year. I know it seems like a lot of time spent on core lifts, but your arms will grow just because your body will be handling heavy weight...

No, No, and no

I would suggest to split up body parts and do some lower body work as well... Three times a week is too much volume IMO... Some people will disagree, but if you are new you will gain strength and size easily with a good regiment.

Monday: Squats and some leg work

Wens Bench and shoulder work

Fri back and trap work
