Beginner...please help!!!!

just checkin to see how u are doing girl??? Dont kick yourself in the ass for not doing much for 4 years....many do not do anything FOR THEIR ENTIRE LIVES!!!! So better now than 20 yrs from now...when it becomes harder to change your body and break old habits!! Give yourself a lil credit and dont be so hard on yourself!!! Be positive and let this motivate u, all u need to do now is learn and apply and BELIEVE IN YOURSELF:)
 
my plan of action

Thanks guys for all of the info and responses!!!:D I have read through more posts and have come up with a plan of action..... tell me what you think.

I am going to follow the 40/30/30 diet and up my calories to 1500 . I used fitday to come up with some meal plans. All my meals are clean with good sources of protien, carbs and fat. 6 meals a day is what i am going to aim for.

THe suppelments i am going to use is flaxseed oil ( i think 3 T is the right amount ) and yes i will count those calories for my fat, ECA stack, multi vitamin, b complex, and vitamin C.

My workouts will consist of 60 min cardio in the morning ( i did it this morning and DIED!!) 4-5 times a week. and weights 3x a week.

hopefully this is a better program than i was following, any suggestions will be greatly apprieated!! I will defiantatly use you guys for support and will keep u updated on the progress.
