I have been consuming about 220-250 grams of protein a day for the past three weeks. I noticed that once i bumped it above 150 or so i got the worst gas. Its like every day at 5 oclock it just hits me. It smells so bad and i hate offending my room mate and girlfriend the entire time they are around me. So i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to help me get rid of gas. Preferably natural. Oh and I weigh 135 and eat alot of fiber already, thanks.
