At What Weight on One Side with the other Being Empty Will the Barbell Tip Over?

I saw a simalar event like Estropes. Kid stripped 3 45s off one side and the bar flipped up and almost hit the guy sitting on the bench next to the squat rack. Once we knew no one was hurt it was pretty funny.

If one end is empty, the most that you can let the otherside hold safely is about 45 lbs. This aint complicated bro, just strip the plates evenly.

This has to be the dumbest question I've ever heard.

If your to fucking lazy to take the weights off evenly you should not be lifting.

But with the weight you use it probably dont matter.
A couple of 10's on one side wont make it flip.

rookies make that mistake all the time!!! thats why they put warning lables on the equipment, problem is you dumb fuckers can't read. this is almost as stupid as asking if "smoking crack will interfer with my workout" or "how do i get the stopper back in my vial."

Hey ThinkHead,

If you thought the question was so dumb, why the Hell did you respond to it? I hate people that act like assholes just for the hell of it. It was suppose to be kind of funny but yet still infomative thread. Something a little different like I said if you want to be tight ass serious all the time stay out these type threads - jerkwod. Or better yet try to work on your sense of humor(or lack there of?)
