Aright, Give Me The Best Bulking Diets!

What, in your opinion (without getting too technical, unless of course, you want to), is the best diet for bulking??? I want to put on like 8-12lbs and can eat anything without getting fat. Really fast metabolism.

5'10" 170.

Multiply your bodyweight times 20-25 and shoot for that amount of calories spread throughout the day. Whole eggs, whole milk, red meat, chicken, fish, rice, potatos, pasta, veggies and if you're naturally lean don't forget to stop at Wendy's for a classic triple and biggie fry whenever you can. :chomp:

And train to get stronger on your basic compound lifts.

Thanks guys! So . . . 3400-4200 calories a day?

Wendys is the best fast food around too, so that works great. :)
