Multiply your bodyweight times 20-25 and shoot for that amount of calories spread throughout the day. Whole eggs, whole milk, red meat, chicken, fish, rice, potatos, pasta, veggies and if you're naturally lean don't forget to stop at Wendy's for a classic triple and biggie fry whenever you can.
And train to get stronger on your basic compound lifts.
