Anyone who knows about diets!!!

Im 20 years old, and i've been chubby all my life. I put the bulk of my weight on my stomach and my chest. I've had slight man breasts since i was in 5th grade and now I just recently got stretch marks all over my stomach and sides. Im tired of being fat, ill eat whatever diet and take whatever suppliments/steroids it takes. Im not looking to be hugh, but just to but extremely cut and tone. Can anyone please help me with a diet, excise routine? I am willing to work hard as long as I see results. I am 5'7" 195 pounds and I have no idea how to find out my body fat. Please help, thanks!
 
what exercise routine you doing atm? you want to be doing a fair bit of aerobic exercises to start with, sweat it off boy, you have any muscle beneath it or just a lot of fat?
 
Currently I am doing no diet what so ever, everytime I try to start one I get sick of eatting the same thing over and over and over again. I don't do much exercise at all, except when I run to get cars for work, I have some muscle under the fat but its hard to see. :( How do I find out my bodyfat%?
 
Do you have a gym membership anywhere? What kids of food exactly are you eating. Do you drink or smoke? Are you taking any supplements currently. Water? Let us know so wwe can healp you better.
 
Yes I just signed up for the JCC which is just like a YMCA, but has better equipment. I eat whatever a typical day lately has consisted of a cold cut sandwich or some fast food, one meal a day and thats all I eat all day cause Im not hungry after that one meal. It is probrably from being upset that my ex dumped me a couple of weeks ago. I drink occasionally on the weekends, and smoke socially also maybe a pack every 3 days, and smoke whacky tabacky everyday. I usually drink iced tea or water only. I drink about 5 liters of water a day. I tried trim spa, found no results so stop with those, then tried a different GNC suppliment called total lean, which also gave no results so discontinued both, I hope this gives you all some area of where im at.
 
I am almost in the same boat as you are coreman230. I will keep an eye on this thread to see what advice they give you. I might do what they tell you. :) I really need help.
 
Ouch where to start. You have to make a serious decition, its either one lifestyle or the other. How bad do you want it because you probably are not gonna want to hear what I have to say.
