Hey all! Needto hooked me up with a free supply of IGF-1-XGF-191 so im going to keep a log of all my progress here.
Im currently in week 3 of a 12 week cycle
Test c 250mg/wk
Tren e 400mg/wk
Dbol 30mg/ed
Aromasin 12.5mg/ed
Im 6'3 210lbs and about 12% body fat. My diet is pretty clean. I have a 1300cal weight gainer shake for breakfast, post workout is a scoop of WheyToBuildMuscle and a Carbo force (100g carbs). then The majority of my meals are 8-10oz chicken breast 1cup brown rice or 1.5cups steamed veggies, 2tbsp peanut butter. Before bed i have a couple scoops of whey in milk.
Bench=315x1
Deadlift=500x1
Squat=345x4
Today will just be arms, ill update after my workout
