B Bluto New member Nov 6, 2001 #11 I go 2 days on, 1 day off...then 1 day on, 2 days off. Therefore, I come around to the first bodypart on 6th day and repeat from there. Works better for me than every week. I need those days off, but maybe do some cardio.
