ok you diet guru's, question.... i have been getting up at 330am to eat then going back to bed for about another hour and a half before the gym...(have to work out in am due to schedule) i was drinking a shake and a banana when i got up...but wouldnt have my PWO shake due to it....came home then ate breakfast....i was thinking of doing something a little more simple when i wake up in the morning...maybe like a lean pocket or something of that nature, something quick that doesnt take alot of time..then going back to bed....then hitting the gym followed by my PWO shake...anyone have any recommendations ?
