AM Diet! NEED HELP

ok you diet guru's, question.... i have been getting up at 330am to eat then going back to bed for about another hour and a half before the gym...(have to work out in am due to schedule) i was drinking a shake and a banana when i got up...but wouldnt have my PWO shake due to it....came home then ate breakfast....i was thinking of doing something a little more simple when i wake up in the morning...maybe like a lean pocket or something of that nature, something quick that doesnt take alot of time..then going back to bed....then hitting the gym followed by my PWO shake...anyone have any recommendations ?
 
OK here is what i did and still do with TREMENDOUS sucess.

I mix 50grams of dextrose with 50-75 grams of Penta protein from protein factory. I drink this mixed with water 1 to 1 1/2 hours before i lift. The pumps are incredible and strenght is through the roof. I literally can't get tired in the gym. Then don't have a post workut drink because the insulin spike along with the protein and the workout itself drove huge ammounts of aminos into the bloodstream and muscles. I leave the gym very pumped and it lasts for hours. Then i have a post workout meal about 2 hours later.

There i shared my secret.
