For those with Insulin experience... I want to use for the first time and I believe i have it planned out pretty good, tell me what you think...

Want to use insulin, gh, t3 as a bridge between cycles. How does this plan sound:
GH-1.5iu whan I awake
Another 1.5iu post workout
T3-12.5mcg per day
Slin-Start @ 5iu post workout and work up to, say, no more than 12 or 14iu.
Followed by Carb/Protein (70g carbs/40g protein) Drink.
My main question, I ususally work out around 6:00 or 7:30 and finish around 7:30. If I do my slin shot immediately following workout, will that be too late in the day considering I go to bed about 11 or 11:30 every night? That would give me about 4 hrs in my system before I go to sleep.
If anyone with experience can offer some advice on what foods to lean towards/what foods to avoid AFTER taking slin shot, that would help, thanks you. K for answers.
