Hi,
I have been struggeling with weight forever. as you can see ftom my old posts I have been not improve at all. Since last week i have changed my routine and food. I guess i have been undereating for long periodof time and doing every day cardio.

Here is my new plan
1. meal 6.30 am
3 egg whites
1/2 yolk
ww engl mufgin

2. meal 9.30
protein shake 20 g protein

3. meal 11.30
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup low f cottage cheese
1 teas coconut oil

4. meal 2.30 pm
3 oz chicken
1 ww bread

5. meal 5 pm
9 cashew

6. meal 7 pm
3-4 oz chicken or steak
veggies

Exercise split routine 4-5x week
cardio 3x/ week 20-45 min

Im hypothyroid 150 mcg synth and 12.5 mcg cytomel also 1250 mg Metformin.

i would apreciate any input on my routine and any help .

The biggest thing in doing a meal plan, imo, is to figure out what your total calorie intake is in a 24 hour period and your macro break down. Then put that up against your stats to get a baseline and see if you're starting out high enough. The plan looks ok to me and I'd use a site like fitday to get the numbers.
 
Hi, thanks, here is my today's meal plan
I'm 5'6" probably somewhere close 130lb

I still need to add more food. I already feel like baloon.
