Many nowwadays try to do a "lean" bulker. This is tricky to do and can be aided by AAS. I have found what works for someone in a diet like this really experimenting with different things. The downside to a lean bulker is that you will never get as ripped as if you did legitimate cutter and never as big as if you did a real bulker. I think the best way to do it is switch it up between the three at different times. All out bulking takes a lot of work to then be able to cut down. You are changing your eating habits quickly which can be difficult.
