This has got to be the most custom taylered body part in fitness or bodybuilding. Everyone has different theories on ab training. Some say every day is to much cause they wont recover, and others say calves and abs are faster healing muscles. So I'm just curious to hear what you guys find works best. And I know it's mostly diet. But when you've reach a low body fat percentage, whats the best way to enhance your abs.
