:) I was getting some good results from this but its starting to take its toll I Think.
going all out 10 reps down to 2 to 3
rest depends on my breathing.....

Day 1-- Chest, Biceps, & Abs

Day 2-- Legs, Shoulders & Abs

Day 3-- Back, Triceps & abs

OFF one day start up next day

All work outs 1.worm-up set about 16 sets total for each body part, put abs I do cardioabout 3 to 4 days a week from 15 to 30 mins each day.

taking TEST 200 500mg a week Creatine,3 shakes of whey protein a day & 3 meals a day sleep is OK 7 to 9 hours a night.

i've got a pounding headache right now so i can't think straight, so if the following sounds like drivel don't pay attention lol.
anyway, i must honestly admit i don't know how much the body can take when "on", but don't you think 16 sets for each body part is a little over the top? highest number of sets i'll ever go is 9. especially for smaller muscles like the tris and bis, 16 seems a little too much IMO.

JUST DON'T FEEL LIKE IT WORKS

I WORK OUT WITH 2 OTHER GUYS AND WE PUSH EACH OTHER TO THE MAX. ALL OUR WORK OUT ARE INTENSE..... I FEEL LIKE I'M STILL NOT GETTING THE SIZE I WANT IN MY ARMS I HAVE GROWN ABOUT 1/4'' IN MY ARMS. I WANT BIG FUCKIN ARMS 18 1/4 NOW.... SO I TRY TO CONCENTRATE ON THEM AS MUCH AS I CAN.

I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU GUYS THAT ARE REALLY INTO IT.......

well, if you want that extra 1/4 inch on your arms, i would seriously try cutting the volume on your bis and tris exercises. just give it some time, see how that works for you.

Heavy weights, low reps. Compound movements will build overall body mass without directly targetting specific areas. For example, you are building your chest and arms by doing squats. Your biceps are growing when you are doing a deadlift. Concentrate on the compound movements and the growth will prove itself to you.
You listed body parts, not training. I would also think about minimizing your workout frequency if you do decide to go heavy. :)

Easy on the caps please!
