A couple t-3 questions

1 do i have to watch what i eat while on t-3 ( on a bulking cycle and eating everything)any foods i cant eat
2 will this cycle work these are 25 mcg tabs 1111222233334444444333333222222111111
3 i will be taking it while on reforvit and t. enanthate is this ok
4 will i still gain muscle and loose fat at the same time
 
Your T3 pyramid looks good to me. Im running 5 day steps, 35 days total. Starting at 25mcg working to 100 and back down. I have made decent lbm gains and lost bf. I just keep my protien itake at a decent level, drink lots of water and I am about 500 cals short of maint a day.
 
T3 will make your mass cycle less effective anyway.
If you eat and juice for mass,why add t3?
Run a solid mass cycle and save T3 for a further cutting cycle.
 
ive got 5 weeks left( out of 10) of my mass cycle and would like to add on about another 10 lbs but loose some fat in the process. and ive heard that the t-3 will help with gains because of the protien synthesis
 
T-3 can help protein synthesis but I've only read about 12.5mcg/day being added for that purpose. All you're trying to do is make sure that your T3 levels are "optimal" without going too far.
