5'8'' 205 lbs.. is this okay?

Get a bag of plastic spoons, and eat two spoonfulls of those, a little on the heaping side but not too much. A serving is 2tablespoons but I measure it with the plastic spoons.
 
i'm 5'8 207 12- 14% bf on average The key is going to be your diet.
carry around cans of low sodium tuna in your car , take a cooler in the morning and protien drinks maybe even bars when you out and about.
here is a example of a day when i travel.

7 am wake up eat 4 egg whites 8 oz of milk with a bowel of reg oatmeal
10 am use a small serving of milk in the plastic bottle drink a sip or two then dump some whey in it around 40 grams shake it drink it then throw it away .
1pm eat lunch even if its at a fast food place get a chicken sandwich with no mayo
4pm I open a can of tuna drian it and eat it untill i get home

7pm dinner time usually fish ,beef ,chicken with aveggie

10pm throw some whey in a glass of milk stir then get some sleep

whey protien becomes the staple for atleast two meals on buzy days maybe even three.
you will lose body fat i think you need to keep the meals at around 350 calories each to stay around 2,000 calories.

just get some fat off then worry about rebuilding up in muscle with a really strict high protien diet later.

lifting weights is one of the best things you can do to help shed bodyfat..it spikes metabolism hard and in addition will help with muscle retension.

not incorporating it will hinder your results.. I know how you feel with a class schedule like that, but I take a shake in with me if I know i need one. not the best tasting meal but gets the job done..

and eating after 6pm is a good thing..you don't want to go long without fude as it will induce cabatolism and slow down metabolism..so have a scoop of ANPB or something before bed
 
damn your class schedule sucks dude I feel for ya. Im 5'8 and around 200 also but ive managed to drop to around 10% bf. The thing that helped me ALOT is I drank a ton of water every day. I never went out without a 24 oz water bottle and took it to every class, still do actually. If your not pissing ATLEAST 7 times a day you need to drink more water if your trying to cut down. When you feel a craving just chug as much water as you can. water water water. it helps out in every area of health

I piss like 3-4 times a day i think.. I need to drink more water i know. I get so sick of it though. I feel pretty good though. I really like green tea too. Im sure it doesnt affect metabolism very much but im hoping it does. Kinda like a psychiatrical thing or something. I had a huge steak and a salad a a few hours ago and im still full. Before I go to bed ill have some water and peanut butter.
