damn your class schedule sucks dude I feel for ya. Im 5'8 and around 200 also but ive managed to drop to around 10% bf. The thing that helped me ALOT is I drank a ton of water every day. I never went out without a 24 oz water bottle and took it to every class, still do actually. If your not pissing ATLEAST 7 times a day you need to drink more water if your trying to cut down. When you feel a craving just chug as much water as you can. water water water. it helps out in every area of health
