I only did 18 reps. NO way could I have done full 20, the last rep took me 5 seconds to lock out. I puked in the bathroom and then could barely hear things. FUll workout went like this
Deadlift -
135 x 8, 225 x 5, 315 x 4.......... 335 x 18!!!!!!1
Strict Shrugs -
225 x 10, 315 x 12, 315 x 14
Upright Rows Supersetted with Side Raises -
95 x 10 ss 20 x 10
Bent Press -
60 lb dumbell x 2 sets x 10 reps
Good workout
