Whats up everyone. I have been dieting for the last week and a half and will show you what I am doing. Same shit basically day in/out. My stats are all natural, 5'7'' 347 31% body fat. Looking to come in around showtime in the 252 range.

My question is basically, how fast, on average should I anticipate do drop the body fat. Here is my diet and cardio routine.

Diet

Meal 1- Protein shake
Meal 2- 2 cups whole grain cereal, 1 cup ff milk, protein shake and banana ( this meal is after I workout and do cardio)
Meal 3-8 oz chicken, 1/2 cup uncooked couscous, 1 oz almonds
Meal 4- 2 cans tuna, 1/2 cup uncooked couscous, 1/2 cup veggies
Meal 5-8 oz chicken, 1 1/2 cup veggies
Meal 6- protein shake

total macros are:

368 P
37 F
218-225 C

Cardio :

Weeks 32-8...Start on week 32 for 200 minutes/week. Increase each week by 10 minutes.
Weeks 7-2...Keep cardio around 450 minutes/week

I guess that I am noticing a difference, but I know this is a great diet for me. Just seems so long away and seems like I could get disappointed with not seeing instant results, which I know is stupid...

Guess I am just looking to get some positive advice/thoughts...!

Thanks

I have never contest dieted so I am asking questions here. Is 368 grams of protein enough to sustain a 250 lb lean bodyweight? I eat that much protein and can barely maintain a 225 lb body weight and not even considered that lean at 13% BF right now.

So are you experienced, or is this a 1st time go for you?

BTW, 5'7 and 250lb contest weight is absolutely fucking huge. Like IFBB huge.

Post up some pics.

I have dieted before, but my body fat was lower than where I am starting now. I guess genetics or what have you has helped with the protein...I can tell when I am at 400-450 is just too much. I mean, if the offseason for me, I pack on weight and dont give a shit, so I take in about 800 grams of carbs, 80 grams of fat and moderate protein. I have a very slow breakdown of protein, thanks to dad and mom.

i have an older offseason photo when I was 327 or so. I will try to attach it...

Well, it's a long road to drop that much weight bro. good luck with it. And Next time off season don't let yourself get so heavy.
