3 Excellent Diet/Training articles

Pintoca you seen to be a big fan of Venuto. Have you practiced alot of his methods in your fat loss battle?

You got that right. "Burn the Fat, feed the muscle" was the book that started it all for me. After I read that, I couldn't stop researching and learning.

My diet/training and approach towards this (goal setting, trend tracking, etc) is based 100% on his book.

If you want to gain a lot of knowledge, condensed in one single work, you cannot go wrong with it. I still recommend it to everybody who asks how to drop fat reliably.

A sure bet in my view.

alot of that stuff u would assume ppl would know :)

That is the Venuto magic: The guy's credit is taking a load of info, condensing it, simplify it to laymans terms and make it available to the general public... it is like a fat los Gospel of sorts.

Anyway, if you are a seasoned cutting expert, this would be reference material. If you are just starting, it will save you a lot of time.

IMO, the ONLY point where Venuto fails in his books, is the lack of mention of the PWO nutrition...most likely he doesn't use it (the shake I mean) so he deems it not really necessary for the Average Joe... In this case, he gives more importance to the rest of the day as a whole.

the guy knows his shit and can write well for his purposes...good articles, however I know people who've had great results doing ketogenic diets. For someone to regain the weight (not water), they'd have to resort back to old habits...but thats generally not the case with people serious about training (maybe the fatass on the couch)

It is an amazing primer but he's quick to slash down the keto diets

Low carb sucks.......never been a fan. He;;, If I can get down to 5-6% taking in carbs, then I see no point....you just have to be knowledgeable as to WHEN you consume them. I see way too many people waste, completely waste their time training and dieting without carbs only to lose 95% muscle and a little fat.
