Just went back to the gym on Monday after a long needed 2 week lay off. We started a new routine also. We will be doing the Beyond Failure Training Workout for the next 6 weeks. It's a 4 day workout. My wife doesn't like it, says she feels like we're not doing enough! We did chest on Monday and I'm sore like never before. We did delts and tri's today and I feel pumped. I can't believe that we have a day off in the middle of the week. Tomorrow is back and bi's and then legs on Friday. I'm starting to wonder if i was overtraining!
