I just did my chest/back routine, it was the 1st workout I have had in 2 months. I am sore as HELL! Still sore and it has been 3 days!
Do I need to wait until I am not sore anymore until I workout again?
Can you please give me some good triceps exercises other then rope pulldowns, skull crushers or dips.
