1st workout in 2 months... SORE!

I just did my chest/back routine, it was the 1st workout I have had in 2 months. I am sore as HELL! Still sore and it has been 3 days!

Do I need to wait until I am not sore anymore until I workout again?

Can you please give me some good triceps exercises other then rope pulldowns, skull crushers or dips.

If u just got back to it you'll be sore after every workout for at least a month! Google which body part and excersises for that body part! Incorporate mass and shaping movements and stay in the 10-15 rep range until you have a concept of form!
 
moya and yourself covered the best tricep exercises. and you can add pushups and any bench exercise to the list.

as far as the soreness you should split up your workouts and work certain muscle groups .. this way while one muscle group is sore you are working another. as Max said it will take time for you to get back your conditioning, totally normal. you can speed up recovering by not hammering away at first too much, keep your workouts short. and also a lot of heat will speed up blood flow which will speed up recovery a bit (don't expect miracles though there is no solution until you get your conditioning with soreness)

the biggest break i've taken the past 4 years was about 2 weeks.. and you will be shocked how much conditioning you can lose with such a short break. try not to miss too much time.

Jm presses, close grip floor press, kick backs are a good finisher as well. But by far the best overall will be close grip bench and heavy skull crushers.

close grip bench ,over head tricep extensions
