Ok first time cutting and I know this diet isn't close to perfect but I think it will help lose alittle weight. Usually gettin around 2000-2200 cals.

meal 1 5:15 a.m
2 packet brown sugar oatmeal. Its the only way I can eat it.
salmon fish oil tablets. Ends up being about 390c.

meal 2 8:30
tuna and ANPB sandwhich 450c

meal 3 11:30
6 oz flavored chicken
ANPB sandwhich 540c

meal 4 3:00
protien shake 110c

meal 5 6:30
6oz chicken
brocoli
milk 404c

I'm 6ft and 182. I am planning on adding sweet potatoes or yams instead of the ANPB sandwhich when I can get to the store. Any suggestions would be awesome!

wow I think I have 2200 cals stuck between my teeth.
what are your stats bro, you may want to bump the cals up that seems low to me.

why bro, hes cutting?

what i think he needs to do is add some egg white to his first meal cause hes not eating enough protein IMO, he needs to X out the brown sugar. also i would eat atleast 6 meals.....thats just MO though

I used to eat b.sugar in my oatmeal..but now I use a couple packs of splenda and several shakes of cinnamon. It's really good and I never tire of it!

That is the best..... I can't eat Oatmeal, but I do the same with Cream of Wheat. :) It IS yummy.

I'm surprised that it hasn't been brought up yet, but I'd probably ditch some of the bread if possible... I think that most on this board are gonna tell you to try to keep your meals either protein+carbs or protein+fat. It would probably be best to not eat bread with your high fat meals, when you eat your ANPB.

Post your pro/carbs/fat breakdown and total calories and we can help you more.

ok well Its usually about 40 40 20 breakdown with carbs, protien, and fat. usually end up around 2200 cals or maybe alittle less. I lift 4 times a week and do Hiit 3 times.
