2nd day was better...but still off
If I recall correctly my numbers were in this ball park...
Cals: 2700
Fat: 200
Pro: 210
Carb: 19
Better, but still way high on the protein. I have read through X'x manual and got the numbers I need...I will recalculate, since I think I screwed those.
Note: I got ketostix and was negative last night an hour after dinner (42g pro, 63g fat, 0g carb).
At any rate I will stay below 2300 cals, 100g pro, and 20g carbs.
Starting over-I am calling today, Friday Aug 17 Day 1.
Day 1 started with:
8:30am
ECA
4 pc bacon
2 eggs
1 diet coke (illusion of sugar...ah)
I am going to try and dial this in and stick with it...previously 4 days is all I could do and I was definitely eating more carbs than now, so if I make it through the weekend I feel I will pull it off.
BTW-can anyone comment on the numbers I have in the post above for BMR..cal, pro, fat, etc? They don't look right. I don't think my brain is functioning correctly...
