163lb. 23%bf Need Help To Drop Bf, Please

Liquid, that is!! Sass!! How you doing? I hope you're doing well and all geared up for the show!! Can I ask you something? Whats the purpose of the taurine?
 
Clen depletes Taurine in the body.
Taurine is responsible for the conversion of T4 to T3 in the body. If you to not supplement Taurine, you will likely cause some rebound issues during and when you come off. There will probably be some rebound fat gain until your body stabilizes. Plus, if you inhibit the T4-T3 conversion, you will likely lower your metabolism while taking Clen.

I think it can go without saygint aht you should NOT get thyroid bloodwork done while ON CLen or shortly thereafter. Your thyroid levels will be slightly "off" due to the drug. I would wait at least a month after stopping before you get bloodwork done.
 
Thanks Habitualhealth for your weight loss history it gives me hope. I am working very hard day in and day out. I know it's sound scary about the aas.
I never had a problem loosing weight before. Although I never explerimented with aas till now. I like the gains although bf% is just coming down slow. Just don't know what could it be? It has me worried some because no matter what I want to be 12% by July. No matter what.

I want to thank Daisy for all your knowlege and concerns about t3. I'm sure I'm not taking it right. I didn't cycle it like you said 2 wks on 2 wks off. I take 2 clen pills for 2 days then one day off, then repeat. I will stop taking for now and start in 2wks. How bout that?
 
With AAS you have to keep in mind that all AAS are not fat burners, so just cycling won't necessarily help you lose bodyfat. Esp something like EQ - it makes you hungry. And also the clen will help a bit, but don't look to it to be the miracle drug to help you lose bodyfat. Its still all diet & training to manipulate your bodyfat loss and most of the drugs available only show real results when you are at lower bodyfat.

As far as "never had a problem losing weight before" -- you've had a child, you are older and, yep the AAS add in additional factors. Please keep focused on acheiving your goals in a healthy way --- if you can't hit your goal of 12% bf by july, don't force it with drugs. Your body will not like you for it.
 
Just to add....Taurine will keep you from screaming in the middle of the night with the worst cramps imaginable
 
If any one reads this you may find this intresting... I was actually 24%bf not 23%.....

I checked my BF% today and it's now 20%BF...

I'm very happy with my progress.

I dropped 4%BF in two weeks.. not bad!

Cardio in the morning must be paying off along with the t3.
I think some people like myself need a little boost ya know.

I can't wait for two more weeks I should be atleast 16-17%...Amen!!!!!! :verygood:

I have been taking cytomel every morning and afternoon for about 1 month... I thought it was my thyroids so I got it checked and my doctor said no that wasn't it. My thyroid was 76% on a scale from 0.5 to 5.5, I think 76 is still low considering how high the meter goes on the scale for levels high to low, I got the cytomel from a friend sience the doctor would not give it to me to bring my metabolisem up...

Anyhow, I have also been taking one celn in the morning and one afternoon to help speed things up..

1/2 Novodex which is 10ml. in the morning. I read some where, a lady had the same problem and took 20ml. is this safe?

On top of all this I take one amp. of primo a week.

Looking at my hight, 5'8-1/2" 163lb. 23%bf... Can anyone please give me advice, good advice to tweek it up.. Should I do more cardio.. Or be patience. I'm waiting for a shipment to come in for equapoise which I will be taking 1cc two amp. a week with everything else I'v been taking..

I tried winny pills but I broke out on my face. I need to drop bf % by the end of June and get nice and hard too. This is my first show. I can achive my goal with the right infromation. I'm 30 years old and have a son 12-1/2. This has been a exciting journey for the both of us. My muscel gain has been very good and my strenght gains too. I am impressed with chemicals that tweek the body and help mother-nature; she seems to slow progress. I apploud everyone to make changes in thier life and make dreams a reality. Congrats to us all.

My trainer is doing his best, I guess. I can't depend soley on one person and their advice. I need to educate myself and ask experiances athletes as yourselves. Hope to get a responce soon.

What kind of weight training are you doing? Traditional lifts only?

Congrats on the 4% girl! Here's one thing I suggest you do. Track your weight, bodyfat and determine the amount of fat & muscle weight you are holding. (e.g. 20% bf means 20% of whatever you weigh is bodyfat). If you figure women hold around 12 lb of bodyfat around their internal organs, i.e. you HAVE to have that much fat or you are dead. Then for those same days write out how much protein, carb ,fat , total cals u are eating. And watch the changes. Also write down how you look. This is particularly useful if you are carb cycling. YOu can tell how your body reacts to the different combinations. I.e. if I add in more carbs, I lose muscle & gain fat. This helps you see how your body uses what you feed it and you can use that to tweak your diet as you go.
 
Thanks Sassy... when I was at 24% I weighed 163lb that was two weeks ago sience then I gained 4lb, now I weigh 167lb my bf is 20% I gained 11lb of muscel and lost 6lb of fat.

I eat about 20-30 grams of carbs a day- mostley in the morning. Protein the rest of the day. I guess my body is doing good at the looks og it. Muscle gain looks good in definition and the contour. I get lots of complemets on my legs on how big they look.. but not like bb though. just sexy and with meat onem.

I need to get a scale to weigh my food. I buy chicken breast in a big frozen bag and they are different sizes so I eye ball 4oz, 5oz, 6oz, and so on..When I'm the hungriest is after my work out around 8:00pm and I eat a pretty big piece of meat mostly chicken breast every night.

Your right I need to calculate my pros and cards and fats. I wish I new my body the best but I can tell it will take trial and error. For breakfast this week I ate 1 pk. Cream of Wheat with splenda thats about +/-30 grams carbs, I think. and 7 egg whits one yolk..

I 'm not sure if I will eat more carbs for a (small-carb up day) don't want to load to much.....this weekend or what. I'm scared to try new things sience what I'm doing is working.

I bumped my cardio to 45 min in the morning and after noon all this week. I was told too much cardio can eat muscel and i dont want that. will see the progress in a week. I'll get my bf checked next Friday to see whats new.

Hi Notajock.. Mon&Sat-Leggs- squats on smith machine, leg extentions, dead lift llunges, leg curls for ass

Mon-Leggs gluts
Tues-bies&tries/abs & calves
Wed-chest & sholder/abs & calves
Thurs-cardio-abs & calves
Fri-back&bies/abs & calves
Sat-leggs quads/abs/calves


Whats traditional lifts?

I have a trainer so he's mostly creative with everything in the gym, ya know. I use everything in the gym, all kinds of benchs and bars and dumb bells and machines with weight +/-... To much to list here.

Got some advice;would be appreciative.
