163lb. 23%bf Need Help To Drop Bf, Please

I got real good strength gains and muscel gains. for exampel,on legg presses i can press 540lb X 12reps...i gained 8lb muscel in 2 months. I understand your concerns and thank you. so, you don't think i can loose 12%bf in 9wks?
 
clen 2- two days on, off one day, then repeat.
you may be right about the cytomel... what would you suggest in replacement to speed up my metabolism?
 
T4 is a weaker med. than T3. right! my thyroid is 76 not 76% on the scale from 0.5 to 5.5, which makes me normal but i wasn it to be higher.

I typically lurk over the threads regarding aas merely because it's something i really know nothing about. (other than what i'm currently learning from all of these ladies....who are BRILLIANT...heed to their word ;))

Um, just a FYI...as Daisy girl mentioned in one of her first posts....there are many of us on here taking the ol "el natural" way of getting results. Personally, I've lost 31lbs and 12% BF since Jan 27, 05 sticking solely to diet and training (and serious ass kicking ;) ) that these ladies (and shadow) have helped script out for me. If you are not sure which competition or where you are participating in, is it safe to say that the sense of urgency doesn't have to be so great for reaching your goals? (now, of course, i know we all want to look hot NOW but) Just curious if you have to run the risk of hurting your bod with all the "drugs"? Like I said, i dont know much about aas but those who do seem rather concerned. :worried:

Even tho we don't know ya...we still care. :heart:

Okay, is your TSH 76 OR 7.6 ? There is a HUGE difference.

At 76, you will definately notice metabolism problems. At 7.6, you won't.

Also, taking Clen 2 days on, 1 day off is pointless. Your recpetors have adapted to it. Clen needs more than 24 hours to clear the system. So on your cycle, you are not letting it clear, therefore you have adapted to it. Clen needs to be on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off cycle.

Again, are you supplementing Taurine with Clen?
 
nikki, just to let you know... and although I wholly promote natural athletes... I can only tell you what I know about clen for metabolism... my trainer told me (I am an on-stage 112pound bodybuilder) to use 6cc's of it per day... that's 2cc in the am, 2cc in the afternoon, and 2cc early evening. mind you, what works for some, won't work for others. And depending on your tolerance to the stuff, you would have to work your way up to that amount. My cardio is 30 mins for 5 mornings in a week, and 30 minutes for 5 afternoons in a week (this is at 8 weeks out)

n - as far as "do you think I can lose 12% bf in 9 weeks" -- dunno. But you can't force it. And its gonna be more diet & training than pills. In my opinion it is going to be a challenge - and as I said before - I don't know if you've already been able to establish a pattern of losing bodyfat consistently and you just happened to have found Elite when you are at your current bodyfat. If you haven't got your established diet so you are losing at a steady pace already, you will need to get that going.

All I can suggest is that you don't look to the drugs to make your progress but continue w/ your diet & training and see how you progress. Competition prep is all about diet/training, watch your progress, tweak, readjust, continue, repeat until show time. It is very hard to predict how it will come out unless you have several competitions under your belt, following the same protocol with fine tuning over time. And with all competition planning, I would just suggest that you look at some other dates as back-up in case you make progress but aren't able to hit this date.

Clen -- suggested cycle is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, increasing your daily dosage based on your tolerance, taking taurine w/ it for the 2 weeks, then letting your receptors clear for the off 2 weeks. You can cycle in an OTC thermo or something during the "off" 2 weeks because they use different receptors.
