163lb. 23%bf Need Help To Drop Bf, Please

My weight is 163lb 23%bf. I'm competing in a Figure show in early July, my first show ever. I do 30 min cardio at 4:30am every other day and 30 min cardio every afternoon. I weight train four days in the afternoon after cardio. I eat clean, eggs whites, lean chicken and tuna 7 days a week, and lean beef one or two times a week.

I have been taking cytomel every morning and afternoon for about 1 month... I thought it was my thyroids so I got it checked and my doctor said no that wasn't it. My thyroid was 76% on a scale from 0.5 to 5.5, I think 76 is still low considering how high the meter goes on the scale for levels high to low, I got the cytomel from a friend sience the doctor would not give it to me to bring my metabolisem up...

Anyhow, I have also been taking one celn in the morning and one afternoon to help speed things up..

1/2 Novodex which is 10ml. in the morning. I read some where, a lady had the same problem and took 20ml. is this safe?

On top of all this I take one amp. of primo a week.

Looking at my hight, 5'8-1/2" 163lb. 23%bf... Can anyone please give me advice, good advice to tweek it up.. Should I do more cardio.. Or be patience. I'm waiting for a shipment to come in for equapoise which I will be taking 1cc two amp. a week with everything else I'v been taking..

I tried winny pills but I broke out on my face. I need to drop bf % by the end of June and get nice and hard too. This is my first show. I can achive my goal with the right infromation. I'm 30 years old and have a son 12-1/2. This has been a exciting journey for the both of us. My muscel gain has been very good and my strenght gains too. I am impressed with chemicals that tweek the body and help mother-nature; she seems to slow progress. I apploud everyone to make changes in thier life and make dreams a reality. Congrats to us all.

My trainer is doing his best, I guess. I can't depend soley on one person and their advice. I need to educate myself and ask experiances athletes as yourselves. Hope to get a responce soon.

My first comment is going to be that you have quite a challenge ahead of you. I don't knnow what your target bodyfat is at competition time, but you are cutting it *really* close. Unfortunately you cannot force your body to respond in a short period of time without it either resisting the whole way or paying for it later with an incredible rebound.

You gave us the detail of what you eat, but can you be very specific & lay out your day's meal plan? What you eat, how much of each thing and when you eat it? It helps to put it all into a food counts program like www.fitday.com - its a free account and doesn't take too long to set up. Because we dont' know how much you eat (i.e. calories, protein , fat, carbs) we can't really comment on if its too much, too little or anything else. That's the best place to start. Also with that I can't speak to how much cardio you should be doing. What type of cardio are you doing? HIIT? or steady-state? Also how long have you been dieting & training for this? Did you just start 1 month ago (along w/ the t3)? Or longer?

Also I don't know what to say about the t3 & clen - you can't look to the pills to force bodyfat loss if your body isn't already getting a good efficient fueling & burnign from your diet & training. The winny - as you've discovered, it does have some side effects that you either decide to live with or you don't just dont' use the winny.

Let's start w/ the diet & go from there. BTW Welcome to the boards & we're glad you found us!
 
Thank you Sassy69 for your insight. I'm new here and found Elite to be very informative. About my diet..

4:15am.
8oz glass water
1/2 cup coffee 2 splendas 2 tsp fat-free vanilla coffeemate
1-clen,1-t3,1-10ml novodex, multi-vitamine,
(2 BBC,5 glutamine with each meal)

4:30am cardio 30min. (8 oz.water)

5:30am (meal 1) 5 egg whites 1 Yolk. 2 cups coffee on the way to work
2 splendas 2 tsp fat-free vanilla coffeemate
7:30am (meal 2) 4 egg whites can tuan, 1/2 grapefruit
8:00am snack 2tsp. peanut butter or hand full asort.nuts
10:00am (meal 3) can of turkey or can chicken or can tuna or
3oz chicken breast
12:00am (meal 4) 4-6oz chicken breast or lean pork, small salad
2:00 pm snack 1/2 grapefruit, 1-2 tsp.peanut butter or hand full nuts
3:30 pm (meal 5) 3-4 egg whites can tuna
4:30pm snack 1/2 grapefruit (optional)

I drink 8-10 (8oz) bottels of water while at the office.
At home diet vanilla coke and sugar free coolaid and just water.. at least 1 gallon water intake a day. but on weekends not as easy, running around the house but need to improve on drinking more at home.

5:00pm-Ride home 1 (8oz) bottle water

5:45pm-Home to change and check on my son.

6:00pm-Then off to the gym.

8:00pm (last meal)
After every work out I go home and eat my last meal which is 4-6 oz chicken breast w/1 slice montereyjack cheese on top melted or 8oz lean redmeat(sirlon) with 1/2 onion and small green bellpepper sauted in with meat with 2-3tsp.extra virgin olive oil, mushrooms, too.

It's been 2 weeks sience I had carbs at night. I'd reather eat more meat and oinions, peppers and mushrooms than veggs and salad.

March & April I drank Muscel Milk once a day (2) scoops with strawberries. I stopped drinking it about the middle of April. Thought that was causing the problem. Not dropping bf fast enough.

Apsolutly no bread and no past and no milk/yogert in my diet. I stopped eating that stuff like 4 months ago, yeah in January. I needed to clean up my diet desparatly. As much as I love that stuff I made up my mind I was not going to eat it. I do have a weakness though, and that's peanut butter. I can sit at my desk and eat about 2-3 tsp. 3-4 times a day.. This is a problem. You think?

Yeap, in my mind, sience I Gave up Snacks, cakes mom would bake, ice cream, rich cajun spice food like crawfish fettachinni, shrimp and crab stew, mexican potato pie, yummy, I figure a little pb wouldn't hurt.. ya think?

I live on chicken breast, eggs, turkey ground meat, lean red meat, green beans, asparagras, mushrooms, tuna, can chicken and can turkey.
Grapefruit, too.

My trainer told me about a month ago I could have a cheet day on the weekends. So, the last two weekends I had pasta on one saterday and last weekend I ate thin crust pizza from Domino's. Although, I did eat my usually protein in take. I try to keep my routine on schedule, even on the weekends. I very rearly ever eat out. Now, I do love to drink Merloit on the weekends or even with some of my evening meals. But I'm scared too, cause of the sugar in it. When I start drinking wine I don't stop till the last drop. Big smiles all night!!

I'm a singel mom. I'm settled in my life which is not crazy anymore. So there for, its easy to be discipline. My son has even adapted quite well to moms eating habits. Now it's his habit, eating clean. Good practice for him. He keeps mom on her toes.

I take 25ml.cytomel twice a day.One in the morning at 6:00AM and an extra 25ml.cytomel at 6:00pm. So, that's 50ml. a day.
I think I need to go up to 75ml. which I am going to start to day. What you
think?

Clen twice a day one before morning cardio and one 5:00pm for afternoon workout/ 30 min cardio every evening. No cardio in the evenings on legg days. I get it in that morning for 30min.

As for...

Primo- for 6 weeks I have taken 1cc a week.

Primo- I have 4 cc left. Wating for EQ. to come in next week.

My trainer suggested me to skip this Friday, not take any juice and continue on May 13, along with primo and Eq. to stack it.

I have only 4 amps of primo left. but I will have 50cc EQ. I know I have enough eq but is that enough alone. should I get something to stack it. You see, it's getting quite pricy I'm sure you can relate.

Like I said, I need to drop at least 11-12%bf in 9 weeks. I'm now 22-23%bf now. My body type is a figure 8. I carry my weight well in all the right places. I just need help with the combination of all this stuff I'm taking. Should I do more cardio, eat less, eat what? Or maybe I'm doing it right and need to be patience... Thanks for listening. I appreciate anything you have to say that might help me or direct in the right direction.

I have a concern about t3. I don't want to screw my thyriods up. What you think about me bumping it up to 75ml.a day? I'm far from being a sensitive person I'm more of a aggressor if that helps. I never ever had health problems. Oh, I was about to leave this out... Depo shot. I was on that for 2 or 3 years. I think thats a fat shot.. estrogen is hat I think is a BIG problem I have. So, that might help your investigation on my report. Estrogen and Depo-Vera birth control shot, yeah thats it. Sure you heard of it. Could this explane the slow weight loss? I think thats all for now. I am leaven work and will check in, in the morning. Hope to hear from you soon.

You can't. You have to 1) go Platinum, or 2) make a whole new online user name.

Your drug use has me really concerned. That is a SHITLOAD of AAS and supplements. I am confused on WHY you think it is a good idea to take so much AAS? Isn't this your first show? Have you done all these compounds before - alone, before you stack them? Haven't you seen the threads from the ladies here who are gettting AMAZING results, with NO AAS use?

I understand Elite is a forum for free talk of AAS use. But here on the Women's Baord, we try to keep people safe too. We will immediately question the need for AAS use - because it is not something to be taken lightly. It is not that I am trying to bust your balls ..... but seriously, what you are taking is frightening to me. And I am someone who has done SEVERAL cycles of AAS. I have many years of experience with training, AAS, etc - and what you are taking is SCARY to me.

What results have you seen from it so far?
 
I agree w/ daisy. At 1 cc of the primo - what are your amps? 100 mg/ml ? Also the EQ will make you hungry as shit so at 10-ish or less weeks out, that isnt' going to help you much in trying to drop bodyfat.

I guess I don't want to say look to the t3 to be the answer with the bodyfat. Primo shouldn't have you gaining any weight, however with it, even with a tight diet you aren't going to see your weight drop because of the muscle support, but your bodyfat should drop.

And I guess its hard to say where to go from here with the snapshot of information you've given. What are the results you've gotten from the AAS so far?

First, those numbers aren't making sense. What is 76%?. What was your TSH level? 7.6? If that was the case, then your doctor MAY prescribe you SYNTHROID (T4), not T3. So you are even taking the WRONG thing.

Also, at 7.6, thyroid meds won't give you a boost in metabolism. With numbers like that, you are not likely seeing ANY symptoms of low thyroid. I am diagnosed and medicated - no difference that *I* can tell. Self-medication for an undiagnosed problem - not a good idea.

How are you running the Clen? How long, when taking a break, what additional supps with it? You DO know that you need Taurine with it? Without it, you are possibly wreaking havoc on your thyoid anyway ....
