Ok I am literally feel like I am going to throw up after this work out!! Holy shit.... I have switched up now and I am doing this exact workout 6 days a week until I get to where I want to be. I am done building now I want to cut up and get smaller. I was just building to much mass with the gear and the way I was lifting so had to make a change.. I am also starting with 30 minutes cardio and doing another hour of cardio in the P.M
