anybody try something like this?:

monday - shoulders
tuesday - quads, hams
wednesday - calves, forearms
thursday - back
friday - arms

i knew i was forgetting something. lol..i just threw that out as an example

I find I cant train more than 2 days in a row, 3 at the most, without taking a day off. Training that many days in a row doesnt give your body enough time to rest and grow. I prefer 2 bodyparts per workout, that way I can split my body 4 ways and still get 3 rest days a week

Here is a good routine. . .one that I used to follow:

Day 1 - OFF
Day 2 - Delts and Biceps
Day 3 - Legs and Abs
Day 4 - OFF
Day 5 - Chest and Triceps
Day 6 - Back
Day 7 - OFF

hmm..ok, that last split that louden posted is similar to mine. i was thinking i'd throw shoulders in on a seperate day though?

my worst bodyparts are in this order, starting with the worst:

biceps
lats
delts
upper back
lower back

ideas?

What about:

Mon - Back, Biceps, and Delts
Tues - Off
Wed - Legs and Abs
Thurs - Off
Fri - Chest and Tris
Sat - Off
Sun - Off

or

Mon - Back
Tues - Chest and Tris
Wed - Off
Thurs - Bis and Delts
Fri - Legs and Abs
Sat - Off
Sun - Off
