Today was arms and abs day:
Barbell curls 4 sets until failure.
Single arm Rope hammer curls
4 sets until failure.
High pulley standing cable curls
4 sets until failure.
Reverse barbel curls
4 sets until failure.
Triceps pushdowns
4 sets until failure
Reverse single arm high cable pull downs
4 sets until failure.
Two handed rope pushdown
4 sets until failure
Single arm triceps extensions behind the head towards the ceiling.
4 sets until failure each arm.
Abs. 4 sets of 30 weighted crunches with rope high pulley.
45 mins total time. I rest about 2 minutes in between exercises. Maybe a 30 seconds to 60 seconds in between sets. Not one that walks around or just sits for 5 minutes in between sets.
Breakfast was 6 eggs and two cups of coffee
Protein 50 g shake with creatine after workout. I use water for my protein shakes.
Lunch, Chicken Breast with rice.
Strawberry banana smoothie with almond milk and Greek yogurt (plain)
Snack was another 50 g protein shake (no creatine)
Dinner chicken boneless skinless all white meat, broccoli and 1 cup rice. Drank 2 cups of hot tea with honey and 5 bottles of water.
Friday is last day of 250 Test Cyp and Turanibol. Will continue Clen For @ 20 more days. Clen doesn't effect me in any of ay except for the sweats. No shakes or anything other than the heating up throughout the day. Like hot flashes all throughout the day.
