First proper session back post-comp, RPE 8 Following the boss’s orders. Loved being back and training — pumping some glycogen back through felt really nice. The itch to train hard is definitely there, but we want to limit fatigue and set up for success during this rebound/health phase. Not putting the foot on the gas too early is always something you should be mindful of post-comp.
Low volume post comp and will ramp up when the body is ready
High row plate load, came out of the gate a little early here from the bosses eyes so will bring back next week and re asses
