40/30/30 bulk diet.

Am i on the right track here for my bulk diet?

Trying to bulk to 200lbs from 175lbs.
Im running a 500mg test-e/300 deca/30mg dbol cycle. Just started.

Diet info: (from fitday.com) Split= 42%p/30%c/28%f

Cals: 5547
Protein: 573g
Carbs: 422g
Fat: 175g

I wish i was 300 and 4% body fat. :D Due to your question, i suppose im way over eating????? I hope so, because im full as hell.

hell yes you are. Unless your a big time ecto.

175lbsx16=2800
175x2=350 grams protein x 4=1400 cals from protein

2800-1400 leaves 1400 cals left for fats and carbs.

200 grams carbs is plenty enough 200x4=800 cals carbs

this leaves 600 cals for fat. 600/9=67 grams of fat.

each gram of fat is 9 cals,each gram og carb/protein is 4 cals.


your diet. 2800 cals 350 grams protain/200 grams carbs/67 grams fat.

50/30/20 No need to get sloppy with bulking.

Ya you were way the hell over. That is a hard gainer type diet bro. It would just make you look sloppy. to much fat added with the bulk. dial it down and keep it close to what I said.

And buy my book too. Its a good add.
 
i like the first diet. but i would cut the fat and add carbs
