I'm just curious. I use to do it for about 2 years or so. Took it with to gym and then wrote in whatever i did...sets reps whatever. I forgot all about it and then found the 2 journals under a pile of books.

It's weird to see how you've made improvements. My first arm meusurement was 15.5 inches, and now they are over 18.

Maybe it is a good thing to keep one all the time. I definately think I am gonna start doing it again.

I can't workout without my journal. I always look back to my weight and sets/reps for each exercise.
I used to just "wing it", but the journal is much more productive.
