You can also try Fage Total 0% greek yogurt - available at Trader Joes. It's got about 14g of protein per container and about 6-8g of sugars, but the natural kind.

Ill give it a look, I went w/the dannon brand suggested above for this week. Ill check back on this thread in a few days and go shopping accordingly for next week ;)

Hey Kian, what about the UK? I was using the Benecal/Flora Pro Active/ no fat, cholesterol reducing ones and then discovered they were 19 grams of sugar per serving!!!!!!!
You know of any added sugar free ones?
Cheers
Ed

Try Sainsbury's and Tesco for these two.
I'm not sure of the sugar content of the Yeo brand.

They still have it at my TJ's...I'm in PA.

I'm going to TJ's tomorrow so I'll have to look again....they must be hiding it from me.....

Atkin's Carb Countdown is my fave. 1 cup is ~
80cals
1.5g fat
1sat.
3 of 4 carbs depending on flavor
0-1g sugar (depending)
12g protein
190 sod.
Mix w/Cottage cheese, berries,Fiber One and cinnamon. It's my treat! Oh yeah can't forget sf maple syrup and almonds!

even Dannon's flavored (vanilla and strawberry) does not have that high sugar content

I find it goes down 10x easier than your regular plain yoghurt, which is damn sour

Also try kefir, you can find that in health food stores, insane protein to carb ratio, very low sugar and goes down smooth
