This morning was quite the adventure.At 7a.m I started my sprinting program with a buddy of mine and his roommate(he threw up haha). We showed up at the University's track and got to business:
0.5 mile jog warm-up
3 40's
3 60's
3 80's
3 110's
0.25 mile cool down
Every rep was all out.
Sense it was our first day we decided to only go 3 of each but we are bumping it up to 4 on Friday and probably 5 next week.
Hopefully doing this until March 28th along with eating clean and working out like usual, I'll lean out like I want to. I am also going to come off creatine here soon so I'll lose the water I am carrying in my abs.
Anyone care to comment. I know you all the most supportive and knowledgable group on the board!
PS: I got a new vein today! Yay haha!!
